A rational mind would not blame the program. A rational mind would analyse the differences in ambience between the various scenarios. A rational mind would start with a virgin machine and a bare OS, no other programs or networks. Install Dreamweaver and notice its behaviour. Then start building up to see where the problem lies. Could it be the interference of a firewall, anti virus program or perhaps just the internet connection? Many a system has come unstuck with a modified hosts file. I can keep carrying on if you like.
